General Assessment:
Elevated over the beach for privacy and views, the house is an artful integration of structure and space with rooms enclosed as required between concrete frames. Main stairs from the ground level lead to a two-story living room overlooked by an upper level gallery. Four bedrooms off of the gallery form a horizontal counterpoint to the exposed concrete structure on the main facade.
